How should I handle flowers by myself?

Generally, no sunbath, no strong wind, place it at dry and cool area with good air flow, clear water with flower food provided and ideally 1-2 cm stem cut everyday.

How long does flower last?

Official answer at flower market is 5-7 days Lol, yet it truly depends on which types of flower and how it is handled.

How many days ahead should I place an order?

For FAAmakase subcriptions, last order  for Monday & Friday would be Sunday 11am & Thurday 11am respectively.

For bouquets and other orders, preferably 1 working day ahead of delivery date. Same day/next day delivery are only available for transactions before 10am.

Do you offer greeting cards?

Yes, simply type in your note at the message column and a complimentary greeting card will be included in every order.

What are the payment options?

We accept Paypal currently.  For customers wishing to pay by Payme, FPS or other cash payments, please kindly get in touch at Instagram Direct.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately we don't offer returns on flower deliveries, however if for any reason you're not satisfied with the order, please come to us and we'll do our best to help.
